Shipping Speed:  Any order placed on the Graftobian Make-Up website by 9:00am CST, will be shipped that business day.  In the event that you require your order to be shipped same day and you have missed the 9:00 am deadline, just call us at 1-608-222-7849 and let us know that you have just placed an order that needs to be shipped today. Our UPS truck leaves our dock at 3:30pm CST so keep that reality in mind.

In the event that you need Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day UPS service, you are given the opportunity to note that at the time of order submission. If you have questions regarding your order, shipping speed, etc, we look forward to hearing from you.  Oh, by the way, when you call, 9-5 CST, you will get a human!

Returns / Refund Policy:

We are unable to allow returns on cosmetic product that has been opened.  In the event you have mistakenly ordered certain product and it is untouched/unopened, you may call for a Return Authorization.  We will give you packaging and shipping instructions that will allow you to return the product in mint condition.  You will be responsible for the freight cost of the return and for the freight cost of any replacement order you may submit.  In the event that we find that the returned product has been opened, we will be unable to issue the credit and we will dispose of the returned item and notify you of what has transpired.
