How it works:
- Start your exchange by sending an email to ordermakeup@graftobian.com with your order number, name of current shade, and name of desired replacement shade.
- Optional: Instead of naming a replacement shade, also include a photo upload of your current shade swatched on your face so we can see it and your skintone in natural (outdoor) light. Ask for a pro-recommended shade.
- Print label, drop off.
- Replacement ships free.

Eligibility
- One free exchange per foundation order within 30 days of order.
- First exchange only; additional exchanges allowed at customer cost.
- Exchange applies only to HD Glamour Crème Foundations 0.5 oz, not to samples or palettes.

Condition
- Lightly used is fine (up to ~20% used). We expect a real wear test.
- No damaged, excessively used, or tampered items.

Location
- US: We provide a prepaid return label for the first exchange.
- International: You can exchange; return and replacement shipping are customer-paid.

Process & Timing
- Email us here with your order number, name of current shade, and name of desired replacement shade.
- Optional: Upload a photo with your current shade on your face in natural (outdoor) light for a pro shade recommendation.
- Use the prepaid label within 14 days of approval.
- We ship your replacement once we receive your returned shade.
- If a return isn’t scanned within 14 days, the exchange is cancelled (you can reapply if still within 30 days).

Limits & Fair Use
- Max 1 free exchange per customer every 90 days.
- Exchanges can’t be combined with refunds on the same item.
- We monitor for abuse and may decline suspicious activity.

Defects & Damage
- Product issues on arrival? That’s on us - contact support for a free replacement under our defect policy.

What’s Not Covered
- Clearance/final sale items, severely used or damaged products, and non-foundation items unless stated.

Shipping Risks
- Use our label and drop-off instructions. We’re responsible once the carrier scans the return.
