This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or was collected by Graftobian. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

How do we secure your consent?
When you furnish us with personal details to carry out a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, organize a delivery, or process a return, we interpret this as your consent for us to collect and utilize that information solely for the specified purpose. In cases where we require your personal information for an additional purpose, such as marketing, we will either explicitly request your consent or provide you with the opportunity to decline or opt out.

How can I unsubscribe?
If you decide to subscribe to our mailing list, you will receive emails containing company news, updates, product or service information, and more. Should you wish to stop receiving future emails, you can locate comprehensive instructions to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email, or you can get in touch with us through our website.


Information we collect. The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Log Files.
Graftobian follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Cookies and web beacons. Like many other websites, Graftobian uses ‘cookies’. Cookies are small files that are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

Chatbots. Chatbots are software programs that use artificial intelligence to simulate a conversation. Chatbots may be used to provide customer service. Any personal information that you provide in the chat is automatically collected by the third-party chatbot provider.


How we use your information. We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

Advertising Partners Privacy Policies

California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California consumers have the right to:

  • Request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about a consumer in the preceding 12 months.
  • Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Request that a business that sells a consumer’s personal data, not sell the consumer’s personal data.

 

  • Request that a business correct any inaccurate personal information in our records.

Prior to responding, we must verify that you are the consumer about whom the request is being made. In order to do so, we may ask you to provide certain personal information, such as name, address, email address, or phone number.

 

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. An authorized agent will be asked to provide proof of written consent to act on your behalf.

 

Once you make a verifiable request, we have 45 days to respond to you. If we need additional time to respond, we will notify you in writing.

California Non-Discrimination Notice

 

Graftobian will not discrimination against you for exercising your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Unless permitted by the CCPA, if a consumer exercises their rights under the CCPA, we will not:

 

  • deny that consumer any goods or services;
  • charge the consumer different prices or rates for goods or services, including through discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties;
  • provide the consumer with a different level or quality of goods or services; or
  • suggest that the consumer may receive a different price or rate for goods or service or a different level of quality of goods or services.

Nevada Privacy Rights Notice

 

Under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A (the “Nevada Privacy Act”), Nevada residents who have purchased goods or services from us may notify us not to sell their covered personal information. Covered personal information includes first and last name, address, email address, phone numbers, and identifiers that allow a specific person to be contacted. If you are a Nevada resident, you may submit a request to us not to sell your covered information by emailing admin@graftobian.com.

 

Texas Privacy Rights Notice

 

Texas residents have certain rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Texas residents may exercise their rights in the same manner as California residents. You may appeal our decision with respect to a request that you have submitted by emailing us at admin@graftobian.com.

  • The right of the Data Subject to complain to a Supervisory Authority, as such term is defined in the GDPR. Legal Basis for Company’s Processing of Personal Data Under GDPR

 

Graftobian may process your Personal Data under the following conditions:

  • Consent: you have given your consent for processing Personal Data for one or more specific purpose.
  • Performance of a contract: provision of Personal Data is necessary for the performance of an agreement with you and/or for any pre-contractual obligations thereof.
  • Legal obligations: processing Personal Data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which Graftobian is subject.
  • Vital interests: processing Personal Data is necessary in order to protect your vital interests or those of another natural person.
  • Public interests: processing Personal Data is related to a task that is carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in Graftobian.
  • Legitimate interests: processing Personal Data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Graftobian.

 

Transfers Outside of the European Economic Area (EEA)

To provide goods and services to you, your Personal Data may be shared with our employees outside the EEA and with our service providers located outside the EEA. These non-EEA countries do not have the same data protection laws as the United Kingdom and the EEA. We will, however, ensure the transfer complies with applicable data protection laws and that your Personal Data remains secure. Our standard practice is to use Standard Contractual Clauses that have been approved by the European Commission. Children’s Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Graftobian does not knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will promptly remove the information from our records.

 

Do Not Track Signals. Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets websites or other applications that they do not want to have their online activities tracked. These “do not track” features may also give website users other choices regarding the collection of their personal information. However, these “do not track” features and signals are not yet uniform. Accordingly, Graftobian’s website is not currently set up to respond to “do not track” features or signals.  

 

Information Security. We use best efforts to protect your personal information from improper or unauthorized loss, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

 

Despite our best efforts, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is 100% secure. Graftobian shall not be held liable if a third party illegally obtains your Personal Information that was submitted to or otherwise collected by us.

 

Data Retention. We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purpose for which we process your persona information, and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means.

 

Changes to this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do so, we will post the new policy on our website. Continued use of services following posting of such changes constitutes your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the changes. If you do not agree, you should immediately discontinue your use of our website and services.
