Shipping Speed We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday morning. Orders placed on Graftobian.com, by 12:00pm CST, generally will be shipped that business day. In the event that you require your order to be shipped the same day and you have missed the 12:00 pm CST deadline, just call us at 1-608-222-7849 by 2:00pm and let us know that you have just placed an order that needs to be shipped today.
Please be aware that during Christmas time and other big holidays, shipping speeds may slow due simply to large volumes experienced during those periods. It’s best to add another day or two to transit times if shipping standard or economy. Graftobian has no control, and can bear no responsibility for speed of shipping during such periods. If you need your order right away, please select the 1-2 Day Expedited shipping option at checkout if available.

International Shipping In many countries of the world, Graftobian has fantastic distributing partners who will happily keep you supplied with our products. If your order is addressed to a country with a Graftobian distributor, we may refer your order directly to your local dealer/distributor, and will copy you on the referral. Further, please note that any orders addressed to a Transshipper or Mailbox forwarder / Freight forwarder may also be referred to your local dealer/distributor, if one exists. (In these cases, you will not be charged by us, your credit card authorization will be released, and you will be contacted by your local distributor to confirm and finalize the order.)
The pricing on our website is in USD and is intended for sales within the US. Please expect any referral to one of our international distributors to ultimately be priced according to that country’s pricing levels, policies, and local currency.
If you are ordering with an international credit card or placing an order that ships outside the United States we ask that your shipping address matches the billing address on file with your credit card company. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not meet this guideline.
Returns / Refund Policy
We value your business and will work very hard to keep you, our ultimate customer, satisfied with our products and our service.
If you need to return a purchase from Graftobian.com, we accept returns that meet the following criteria:
- Products must have been purchased from Graftobian.com (if you purchased from an authortized dealer or from amazon.com, please contact the original seller you purchased from).
- Products must be unused and in new condition.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Return postage is paid by customer.
- Refund amount for products will be for the amount paid after discounts if full price was not paid.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.

How do I file a claim with ShipInsure?
If you have purchased ShipInsure Protection, you will receive an email from ShipInsure after placing your order. This email will contain instructions on how to file a claim, along with your unique ShipInsure ID# (starting with SI).
In case you did not receive an email from Shipinsure, here's how you can file a claim
1. Visit Shipinsure’s claims website
2. Provide Shipinsure with your Email and Order number
3. Select the claim reason, and your Preferred resolution for the claim.

The ShipInsure team will review your claim and get back to you within 24 hours.
How does ShipInsure resolve a claim?
ShipInsure offers two methods of resolution for approved claims: Reship and Refund.
If you choose "Refund" as your preferred resolution and your claim is approved, you can expect to receive a refund within 48 hours of claim approval. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
If you select a “Reship” and your claim is approved, ShipInsure will take care of processing a reorder for you. You will receive an order confirmation email once the reorder is placed on your behalf.
When do I have to file a claim?
Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the tracking delivery date or estimated delivery date.
