Additionally, the ProColour™ formula is Vegan and "5-free", so it does not contain harmful ingredients found in many other nail polishes: formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, camphor, or DBP. Made in USA.
Extend the life of your nail polish with the Nail Care Duo. With Prime and Shine, you get base and top coats that not only protect and nourish your nails, but extend the life of your nail polish.
Tip: Before applying Nail Polish, apply clear Liquid Latex around the edges of the nail (on the skin). Once dry, apply ProColour™ High Density Nail Polish. Peel off the clear liquid latex while the nail color is still wet for a clean, even line. For the best results, do one nail at a time. Create a custom glitter nail polish by sprinkling cosmetic grade powdered glitter over wet nail primer or wet polish. Seal and add gloss with our Shine top coat.
